Biophilization
The modern drying process enables additive-free food preservation. Thanks to this technology, the energy consumption in the production is more efficient compared to freeze-drying and hot air drying. It preserves the functional components and biologically active ingredients of the food, such as vitamins, antioxidants, and natural sugars.
The vacuum-dried, crunchy snacks offer the chance of natural nutrition. The colour and shape of the fresh ingredients are preserved: 100% fruit and vegetables, without water. Snacks made from ripe fruits and vegetables are perfect for breakfast, mixed with yogurt, added to salads, or even used as ingredients in sweets and desserts. They are suitable for special diets, including gluten-free and lactose-free diets.
